He is the author of the economic report eLearning in Scotland, published by the eLearning Alliance (2002), and co-author of An e-Education Strategy for NHS Education for Scotland (2008). He has written more than 50 case studies, articles and short contributions to a variety of journals and websites.

Kenneth Fee has worked in the learning and development profession since 1985, and continues to work full time, while writing in his spare time. Kenneth is a Chartered Fellow of CIPD, and has been a member of the institute and its forerunners for more than twenty years. Previously an independent consultant, Chief Executive of the eLearning Alliance, Manager for Scotland of the Open College and Financial Times Management, he is currently a Director of Airthrey Ltd, offering learning evaluation solutions.
